As a former client, I jumped at the chance to work with Impact in 2002 and pursue my passion for inspiring others to realise their potential. I’m an avid reader and love to incorporate my learning into the leadership development programmes that I deliver; recent topics of interest include applied neuroscience & gender dynamics. Dogs feature widely in my life outside of work.

I’ve had a passion for enriching lives through deeply practical experiential learning, and immersion in adventure around the world for most of my career. As a British Army officer, expedition leader, leadership consultant and executive coach I’ve had the enormous privilege to facilitate learning experiences for others in over 40 different countries. My greatest gift - apart from my wife and kids - doing the work I love!

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I support delivery of high quality, safe and challenging programmes and keep the operations infrastructure in a safe and workable condition. I have been lucky to have worked in some amazing places around the world with some amazing colleagues and participants. Working from Base still takes some beating though! When not working I enjoy having adventures with my family, exploring the Lakes and keeping fit by running, climbing and riding my Cyclocross bike.

People are at the heart of everything I do and I care deeply about ensuring individuals and teams have the skills, support and temperament to best deal with their future. In my spare time I chair the board of a local art gallery and support the development of our growing community of emerging and successful artists.

Since joining Impact in 1999 life became very interesting for me! I am meeting fascinating people every day, I am privileged to peek into their daily challenges and successes. Executive teams, line managers, and employees - I love to have a full picture, and inspire them to make their lives easier, less stressful, more productive or simply more fun! I couldn’t ask for a better job. 

I joined Impact Italia in 2021 and the magic started happening! Energy, active listening, and continuous exchange are the key elements that characterize my personal and professional life. My purpose here is to design and facilitate ‘ad hoc’ learning solutions that can release transformation and changement regarding the different spectrum of needs that can have organizations. In my spare time I practice dance and yoga, I am travel-addicted and I love to cook to share the results with my loved ones.

My career has been very weird and challenging so far. I graduated in industrial chemistry, then worked as a research scientist. In 2014 I moved to the energy field as consultant and account manager in charge of technical trainings and management courses. This job lasted 10 years and made me passionate about human resources management. I joined Impact where I can improve my skills as a trainer and facilitator and cooperate with a real great team.

Hi! I am an occupational psychologist, coach and trainer! I have been working for over 20 years to help companies develop and enhance their greatest capital, their people! I met Impact many and many years ago, and I am still proudly part of it! In my spare time I am a theatre actress, a traveller, but above all... a mum!

Leading the US finance department includes guiding my team, considering new ways for increased financial success, keeping the team financially informed and ensuring accurate reporting. I have a business/accounting degree and 15+ years experience as a CPA. I see myself as a finance skilled business partner rather than an accountant. I love spectator sports, food, wine, whisky, binge watching TV, travel, wood burning open fires and being outside in the fresh air.

After years of being a client and fun of Impact, I became part of this amazing community. My extensive professional experience in HR, across various roles and industries, proves invaluable in conversations with our clients. At Impact, as an Account Manager, I embrace the essence of lifelong learning, discovering something new every day 😊 Personally, I have a passion for traveling, reading, and forest walks.

After many years in business environment, leading sales and operating teams, I decided to share my knowledge and practice as a coach and facilitator. Becoming Impact consultant enabled me to support leaders and talents in developing their leadership with a solid dose of the "fun factor" that Impact programs provide.

Analogue at birth, digital by requirement. I don’t do Facebook, and have nothing to do with hashtags. Is this bio going online? Eurgh! I am an eye-to-eye, face-to-face human being. I elevate small talk to medium talk. Then, (on a good day) to infinity and beyond. That’s my job. Favourite pastimes: Good days. Woodland crafts, festivals, and campfires.
