Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...

I like to do meaningful work, working together with clients to create something new and deeply valuable. The areas of change where I feel I contribute the most with my skills and strong business background are leadership development and agile transitions. I like to challenge myself in many ways, my favorite challenge is climbing high ice covered mountains.

I’m passionate about experiential learning and learning through play. I enjoy inspiring groups to better themselves, to collaborate and share skills, to be ambitious for each other and those around them. I have extensive experience working in the cultural, education and corporate sectors. I’m an award winning theatre maker who has directed shows for the Queen, the Prime Minister and West End audiences. Out of work you’ll find me building Lego unicorns with my daughter.

As a Project Manager I am responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our client solutions by managing and coordinating the client service teams. During my time at Impact I have worked with a broad mixture of clients and participants ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the Lakes, planning my next holiday and spending time with friends and family.

I’ve spent my career partnering with clients to solve problems and drive their organizations forward. As Teddy Roosevelt (and then Leslie Knope) shared: “The greatest gift that life can give is to work hard at work worth doing.” I’m honored and thrilled to do meaningful work with my colleagues at Impact, leveraging powerful experiential learning experiences for our clients to create the ‘leaders they wish they had’. Outside of work I love to explore the beauty of Oregon by foot, bike or boat.

Lucky me, I have a job that allows me to be a Human Doing and a Human Being. I love connecting and building relationships with people through my work. I appreciate what I have rather than what I don’t have. Photography has been my passion since I was young! I love capturing people’s expressions, emotions and feelings. I use my photos to tell stories of myself, amazing people that I’ve met and inspiring places that I’ve been to.

Sum myself up in a paragraph? There’s a challenge! And maybe a good starting point. I like challenge. I like the challenge of grabbing attention with interesting, useful and relevant marketing. From a new website or re-brand to a sell-out festival, for me it’s all about customer first. I like a physical challenge too, and the challenge of how long I can last without listening to music!
