After 10 years leading the UK, I am now in a global role focused on two areas: one leading a people project, the other focused on marketing. I grew up through Impact as a marketer and love the buzz of building business through brand and storytelling. My other passion is the people and culture here, so this is the ideal combination for me. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors and practicing yoga.

Since joining Impact Thailand in 2006, I have been more energetic and enthusiastic to come to work. It is the best workplace that I can be myself. Everyday at work is great for me.

Customer Service and relationship management are my main focus and passion in all that I do. I enjoy thinking through solutions, working in partnership with my clients and team at Impact to achieve the best possible outcomes. I also enjoy developing long lasting professional customer relationships. Out of work I enjoy spending time with my two dogs and exploring the Yorkshire Dales which are close to my home as well as baking the odd cake or two.

I support delivery of high quality, safe and challenging programmes and keep the operations infrastructure in a safe and workable condition. I have been lucky to have worked in some amazing places around the world with some amazing colleagues and participants. Working from Base still takes some beating though! When not working I enjoy having adventures with my family, exploring the Lakes and keeping fit by running, climbing and riding my Cyclocross bike.

AKA Bloodaxe. I am an accountant at Impact. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling and heavy metal. Not all at the same time, though – that’d be dangerous.

I have been working in L&D since 1992 and joined Impact in 2004, providing design, management, and delivery expertise to clients around the globe. Current initiatives have me consulting with clients from multiple business sectors to coach and facilitate the development of key leadership talent. I am also a past adventure consultant and professional rock climbing guide with numerous alpine and big wall ascents around the world.

I started my career at a global automobile parts manufacturing company, where I got interested in people development. Currently I am enjoying my journey at Impact, improving my knowledge and skills, to find the best solutions for our clients. I enjoy travelling both in Japan and overseas. I like reading books and staying indoors, but also enjoy scuba diving and going outside to see friends and new experiences.

I’m a Consultant and Client Lead at Impact, and as a mum I’m reminded daily of what matters most: learning, growing and giving things my best. That’s the approach I bring to my work. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible team while meeting and getting to know wonderful clients. I support experiences that help people grow, connect and feel seen. I believe in the power of small moments and the ripple effect they create, and I hope the work we do today helps shape a kinder, more purposeful future, especially for the next generation our children will inherit.

Programme Coordinator at Impact. I am based in the Windermere office (UK) and joined the company in 2021. 

I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I encourage my team to bring themselves into everything they do.  Our diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us partner efficiently and effectively with colleagues and clients.  As a traveller at heart, I’ve visited 31 of the 50 US states, 14 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.

As an Organisational Psychologist, I love helping people to better live their job and the relationships within the organisation they work. At Impact, I have the possibility to do that, designing and delivering intervention programmes. I find my energy in teamwork, my soul in music, my peace in swimming.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? Here at Impact I have the pleasure of managing a portfolio of impressive global programmes and a number of our key clients. I like to simplify the complex, gain clarity where there is ambiguity and drive efficiency and quality through my project teams. I love meeting different people and understanding what makes them tick! I'm full of energy, constantly smiling and always ready for the next adventure.

Joining Impact was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am responsible for digital enablement and transformation across our global business, data protection programmes, amongst others. I really love the culture at Impact as it is very people-centric, focus driven and a dynamic workspace. Outside work, you will find me playing badminton, swimming, taking long drives and hanging out with friends.

As a consultant, I like Impact's programmes because every one of our projects could make the participants think deeply about their issues in the workplace, and move forward for their business success. I am excited when exploring a solution for my clients' current and future business challenges. Besides my job, I like cooking, travelling, fine arts, musicals, Japanese KABUKI, opera etc.

Working as a planner at Creative and Marketing Department since 2019. Before Impact, my career was mainly on the position of sales and marketing at the bank and advertising agency. My focus is on the capacity building for both individual and team. Virtual team building is one of the fatal themes because I am working as a full remote member. I love traveling around the world with my backpack and enjoying beautiful local delicacies!

I love exploring issues that my clients face and helping to find practical solutions. My other roles include developing Impact’s thinking around leadership and team development, and using systemic perspectives to encourage responsible leadership in business and society. Convincing, articulate and credible as a facilitator, I'm passionate about helping people realise their full potential...including myself! I love ski-mountaineering and any ways to access wild places.

I’m a consultant with an international and multicultural background and approach my work with contagious enthusiasm and commitment. My experience working with both large corporations and small startups gave me a deep insight into overcoming business operational hurdles and developing proactive trainings paths to grow and enhance teams. Over the years I’ve gained experience in facilitating and promoting dialogue in B2B partnerships and creating organizational innovation projects.

I manage all Impact Italia accounting processes and love precision, tramezzini (look it up!) and silly jokes. I am also very appreciated for my former athletics experiences and I provide stretching sessions to all colleagues who need to exercise a bit after a long day in the office. I deal with a lot of internal and external stakeholders to make sure everything is ok with our clients, accounts, invoices and bills!

My big mission has always been building people, teams and managers in the name of passion and authenticity. I do it through my expertise as a manager, as well as by coaching and  mentoring. We have to work so many hours in our lives, my wish is that most people possible would do it in the best way possible. I live in seafront, and I am a sailor. Sea is my key element, especially in winter, when nobody comes.

I'm based in Thailand, a country of beautiful islands, good food and nice people. I have a lot of fun working with people around the world. I have more than two decades of international finance and accounting experience. My real challenge is working with Inland Revenue offices in different countries! I love to explore the world through reading and travel and one day wish to have a little cafe where people can sit and have a coffee or few drinks and craft together.

I dedicate my time to working with leaders and teams in unlocking potential, strengthening alignment and in stimulating innovation, in a way that sees us surpass the visions we uphold.

An avid traveller and outdoor adventure enthusiast I jump at the opportunity to try new things and am a pioneer at heart. I have spent the better part of the last 10 years working in experiential education and am deeply committed to developing responsible and sustainable leadership. I am passionate about inspiring, motivating and engaging people to fulfil their potential.
