Meet the team

Having the job title 'analyst' means that I've been lucky enough to get involved in a wide range of projects both internally and working with clients. I love helping people get the most out of the tools they are using, making processes as efficient as possible and understanding data – all of which is part of my work every day. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the Lake District somewhere with my family.

I am a passionate, strengths-based leadership coach and facilitator who focuses on taking what is right with people and creating more of it! I have a passion for driving sustainable DEI and well-being initiatives, specializing in LGBTQ+ and mental health topics.

As a Program Manager at Impact, I get to utilize the communication and organizational skills gained from my 6 years of customer service experience and owning my own business. My favorite aspect of the role, is seeing a program be designed and developed over time, come together in the end. In my free time, you will find me cooking, hiking, painting, or playing with my dogs! 

I see life as a gift and a journey. I bring in my backpack some of the experiences I had the luck to have: nuclear engineering and 25 years as a manager in various industries in various parts of the globe. And then Impact. I feel excited when I see the very essence of situations emerge: in individuals, groups, communities, and organisations. I am fond of endurance sports and am a passionate soul explorer. 

I look after clients from tender, right through to evaluation. Three of my four main clients are global, so it’s about managing time differences too. I am the 'go to' person for many other things as I've worked here since 1991. I'm open, honest and always have an opinion! Questions usually start with “you will know...” I like nothing more that being up a hill in the Lake District or French Alps and camping in Cornwall with family and friends.

Father of three, happily married to one, and manager of some, I love numbers and sales, but I also like to ideate, design and deliver challenging programmes, either in training or consultancy. In Impact for more than 15 years, I still very much enjoy the consultancy process, especially account and client management. At work, I am acknowledged (and sometimes blamed) for dreaming big and joking a lot!

For over 20 years I have been on the path of exploring and connecting the world of business and personal development. I work with people and organisations from the perspective of their potential, possibilities and needs. I support change in organisations and accompany transformations. My role at Impact Polska is Account Management Director and Senior Consultant… AND I LOVE IT!

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

I'm fortunate to manage an incredibly talented team of creative and innovative people who design and develop immersive virtual experiential learning solutions for our clients. As a lifelong learner and self-confessed history nerd, I love the opportunity Impact gives me to work at the intersection of learning and technology.

As a resourcing manager, I drive business processes to improve efficiency, maintain quality relationships with consultants and ensure the best strategic fit is sourced for our clients. I love that we operate in a fast-paced environment, always requiring you to be one step ahead, and I value the connections we have globally. Outside of work, you can usually find me at my piano, brushing up on my very rusty repertoire.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I am a highly experienced Accounting and Financial Management professional with expertise in problem solving, business communications, project management and customer relationships. I’m an enthusiastic leader, successful in liaising across all levels, handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities. I enjoy attending live events; cheering on my favourite sporting teams, watching my friend’s rock band, and supporting my daughter’s dance team.

As a Project Manager I am responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our client solutions by managing and coordinating the client service teams. During my time at Impact I have worked with a broad mixture of clients and participants ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the Lakes, planning my next holiday and spending time with friends and family.

For over 22 years, as a consultant, coach and partner, I support leaders, teams and organizations in the process of change. I am an "educational gadget-head.", sharing what I learn with others, because of my passion for people development. Privately my husband and I run “No Kill” fishing-field, building a community of exceptional people.

Working with Impact allows me to cross-germinate ideas and learnings between clients globally. In an ever-changing, dynamic business environment, I promote everyone to be designers of possibilities.

I am an experiential learning consultant & coach with a passion for adventure, the wild places and sustainability. I design & deliver learning experiences that help people & organisations strengthen the bridge between the business need for results and the human need for connection. I help people explore their “awareness of self” and how they can better engage with the people, systems and organisations that surround them.

As a mom to 4 girls I am constantly reminded that I am human, it's inescapable. I am completely honored that over the last 12 years I spend my days working with fantastic teams and amazing clients to do work that enables us all to embrace our individual humanness and work to create environments where people can grow and learn everyday! My hope and goal is together, the work we do today brings a brighter future for us all.

Every day is a new adventure at Impact. As a Program Manager, I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life in the professional sphere. With my background in marketing, sales, customer service and business administration, Impact has provided an opportunity for me to utilise my communication and organisational skills on meaningful programs. In my spare time, you’ll find me practicing yoga, surfing, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

I have been supporting business development for over 20 years. As a Personnel Director, I was associated with the telecommunications and financial industry, I also conducted mergers and acquisitions of large financial organizations. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist by education and graduated with MBA and AMP business studies. I love outdoor activities, especially in the mountains.

My career has been very weird and challenging so far. I graduated in industrial chemistry, then worked as a research scientist. In 2014 I moved to the energy field as consultant and account manager in charge of technical trainings and management courses. This job lasted 10 years and made me passionate about human resources management. I joined Impact where I can improve my skills as a trainer and facilitator and cooperate with a real great team.

As a past client now working at Impact, I’ve come full circle in my career and consider myself “in the zone” doing work that I truly love. Every professional experience has uniquely positioned me to lead our efforts to create a system and approach to knowledge management, helping us to become more efficient by capturing our intellectual capital and better leveraging the collective brilliance of our teams around the world. Collaborating with my global colleagues to deliver on Impact’s purpose, a keen sense for developing structure and process, while still maintaining a creative edge is what drives me every day.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my two children, writing, reading, and enjoying my husband’s cooking and music…especially when he’s behind the decks as his DJ alter ego.

I like to do meaningful work, working together with clients to create something new and deeply valuable. The areas of change where I feel I contribute the most with my skills and strong business background are leadership development and agile transitions. I like to challenge myself in many ways, my favorite challenge is climbing high ice covered mountains.

After living in France and working in the ski industry for 13 years, I decided to move back to the UK, joining the Impact Project Management team. I work on several major global client solutions across industries such as insurance, pharmaceuticals, sportswear and automotive. I build strong working relationships, both internally and externally, to support teams through solution design to delivery.

I’ve had a passion for enriching lives through deeply practical experiential learning, and immersion in adventure around the world for most of my career. As a British Army officer, expedition leader, leadership consultant and executive coach I’ve had the enormous privilege to facilitate learning experiences for others in over 40 different countries. My greatest gift - apart from my wife and kids - doing the work I love!
