About

Ericsson Market Unit South East Europe (MUSEE) is part of the Ericsson group. Ericsson provide telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network operators globally.

Ericsson MUSEE wanted a new way to develop their people and identify potential future leaders. They wanted to create a learning environment that allowed the participants to:

  • Engage emotionally in a challenging experience
  • Take time to reflect on their own behaviours
  • Focus on personal growth for career development.

Impact Italia and Ericsson MUSEE worked in partnership to create an innovative and challenging programme focussing on personal and professional development. Pre-event the programme included 360° feedback, MBTI and a session with an Impact coach. During the two and a half day programme the participants took part in a series of experiential projects that included ethical dilemmas and an ‘in-tray’ exercise.

"Our new programme was a great success. The participants were deeply involved and gained awareness and motivation about ‘who I am’ and ‘what I want to change/achieve’. Many have said this was the most memorable development event they’ve ever participated in." - Piero Beltrame, HR Development, Ericsson MU South East Europe

Our goal was to break away from the traditional lecture-based leadership development programmes and create a highly energising, engaging, personalised and immersive experience. Leaders of Leaders is now THE flagship programme that everyone wants to participate in. Our leaders are prepared to take Celonis to the next level and take on the complex challenges and changes that are ahead.

"The programme’s combination of personal experiences, the trust with the team, the communtiy project, the sense of accomplishment and most of all the feedback in a trusting environment – has helped me to be a better leader."

"What I appreciate most about the 'What’s Next' journey is the time to reflect and learn from my peers. We’ve been guided through self-reflection, talked about the leadership that is needed now in dispersed groups, and discussed market changes. It has been a very powerful experience, especially now, when we all are facing new situations because of covid- 19."
