Working in partnership with Impact, The Vita Group have created an integrated development solution for leaders of all levels throughout their Europe offices.
This highly immersive, experiential, hybrid solution enables The Vita Group to truly liberate the potential of its people to transform their working practices. The solution is human-centric and incorporates factors that are external to the business, kickstarting innovation and collaboration. For example, the solution launched with the senior leadership team inviting local small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to critique their approach, as well as collaborating with the SMEs to help them develop their own sustainability goals.
The partnership developed between The Vita Group and Impact has been so successful that The Vita Group are now one of Impact’s collaborators on the #Force4Good initiative, which aims to promote positive action in support of the SDGs and climate action.
