The top management team from Stryker Italia wanted to take part in a unique community action project to enable them to work as a High Performing Team. They knew each other well but were dissatisfied with how they worked together.

Impact Italia designed an innovative Learning Journey, blending a team development process with a unique Community Action Learning (CAL) project.
