My coaching & facilitation expertise builds on a strong foundation of 20+ years in senior management positions including global and regional roles. I guide leaders to their peak potential and help enhance their professional and personal impact. I grew up in India and then studied and worked in Switzerland for 23 years before moving to Singapore. This has helped me successfully bridge Eastern and Western thinking, with an in-depth understanding of both cultures. I am an avid reader and love to spend time in nature and travel. 

I am a Program Manager located in the heart of Texas. My favorite part of my role is interacting with so many different people daily while building and carrying out a variety of client-specific programs. Every day, I learn something new, and it excites me to continue growing in my position. When I am not working, you can find me dancing, rewatching Friday Night Lights, traveling, and spending time with my friends, family, and dogs! 

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I am responsible for “Re-Born Strategy” in Impact Japan, I am passionate about developing people and our organisation by executing all Re-Born strategic agendas. As a facilitator, I love creating and sharing the precious moments together with executives and managers who are reflectively asking themselves what leadership they would like to realise in their life/work. What I love most is drinking after working hard to make effort in realising my vision.

I have spent my career exploring, researching, teaching, coaching and practising leadership skills. I love working with individuals and groups to tackle hurdles and develop strategic initiatives. When I am not designing programs, I like to spend time with my son and my husband building forts out of driftwood or laughing with friends in the beautiful pacific northwest.

Since joining Impact in 2019, I've had the pleasure of working in the Business Development team, supporting our global BD teams with Lead Management. My passions lie in the outdoors, sports and surrounding myself with great people. Outside of work, you'll find me pottering around the Lake District fells on my mountain bike.

I dedicate my time to working with leaders and teams in unlocking potential, strengthening alignment and in stimulating innovation, in a way that sees us surpass the visions we uphold.

Now, I’ve broadened my focus to talent and organizational development, finding fulfillment in creating new value. Through small changes and insights, I am unlocking my potential every day. 

After many years in business environment, leading sales and operating teams, I decided to share my knowledge and practice as a coach and facilitator. Becoming Impact consultant enabled me to support leaders and talents in developing their leadership with a solid dose of the "fun factor" that Impact programs provide.

I am responsible for our support team and coordinating the Warsaw office. I project manage, which includes monitoring facilitation, communicating with partners, background logistics and managing course equipment for our fantastic experiential projects. Since joining in 2005 my role has developed through office manager and H&S advisor. I love what I do and the people I work with. Personally, I am getting to know my young son and understand his world. Life is a journey.

I’m a consultant with an international and multicultural background and approach my work with contagious enthusiasm and commitment. My experience working with both large corporations and small startups gave me a deep insight into overcoming business operational hurdles and developing proactive trainings paths to grow and enhance teams. Over the years I’ve gained experience in facilitating and promoting dialogue in B2B partnerships and creating organizational innovation projects.

At Impact I manage projects, build relationships with clients, organize events and support our super team by sharing motivation, creativity and a smile. At work and in private life, I pay attention to details, I value directness and minimalism. I am looking for inner peace through contact with nature, cinema and new hobbies. And good food.

A lifelong passion for learning and leadership brought me to Impact, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. As a designer, facilitator, and thought partner, I embrace a scholar-practitioner mindset, running to the issues and engaging others with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. My favorite activity of each day is laughing, playing, and making up bedtime stories with my kids. They're hilarious!
