As an Account Director with Impact, I’m able to leverage my ten years of Business Development and Account Management experience.  I thrive in environments where I am able to develop and uncover new opportunities with partners and businesses. Most of all, I am a people person and love building trusting relationships. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my husband, two boys and our dog.

An adventurer, I was raised in the UK and have lived and worked in Eastern Europe, Spain and now (since 2012) Asia, where I head up Impact’s Singapore Office. A fierce supporter of the authentic self and advocate for individual growth, I care deeply for my team and clients, wanting them to shine for who they are. I have a keen sense of challenge and adventure, and away from work, you can find me with my young family (usually outdoors!).

I am responsible for our support team and coordinating the Warsaw office. I project manage, which includes monitoring facilitation, communicating with partners, background logistics and managing course equipment for our fantastic experiential projects. Since joining in 2005 my role has developed through office manager and H&S advisor. I love what I do and the people I work with. Personally, I am getting to know my young son and understand his world. Life is a journey.

'Helping People Shine on Their Own Stage' As a restaurant manager, I wanted to create more than just a place to eat. By drawing out each team member’s strengths and aspirations, I saw the power of a team that values individuality. This led me to study coaching. I later realized that growth also depends on the organization, so I now study organizational development. My goal is to help people and organizations grow together, enabling everyone to shine as themselves and fulfill their potential.

After many years in business environment, leading sales and operating teams, I decided to share my knowledge and practice as a coach and facilitator. Becoming Impact consultant enabled me to support leaders and talents in developing their leadership with a solid dose of the "fun factor" that Impact programs provide.

My food and beverage career began with a bartending job as a student. Working in large restaurants taught me that guest service depends on recruitment and training. After roles as restaurant manager, supervisor, and recruitment and training lead, I focused on employer branding and training programs. To deepen my expertise, I joined Impact Japan, a global leader in experiential learning. I am now developing as an organizational development partner in CSD. I enjoy fishing, hiking, and rugby.

I’m passionate about experiential learning and learning through play. I enjoy inspiring groups to better themselves, to collaborate and share skills, to be ambitious for each other and those around them. I have extensive experience working in the cultural, education and corporate sectors. I’m an award winning theatre maker who has directed shows for the Queen, the Prime Minister and West End audiences. Out of work you’ll find me building Lego unicorns with my daughter.

I manage all Impact Italia accounting processes and love precision, tramezzini (look it up!) and silly jokes. I am also very appreciated for my former athletics experiences and I provide stretching sessions to all colleagues who need to exercise a bit after a long day in the office. I deal with a lot of internal and external stakeholders to make sure everything is ok with our clients, accounts, invoices and bills!

My big mission has always been building people, teams and managers in the name of passion and authenticity. I do it through my expertise as a manager, as well as by coaching and  mentoring. We have to work so many hours in our lives, my wish is that most people possible would do it in the best way possible. I live in seafront, and I am a sailor. Sea is my key element, especially in winter, when nobody comes.

As a consultant and the manager, for the last 20 years, I was focused on practical aspects of business transformation. Managing HR field I had a chance to collect best practices within telecommunication and financial sectors. I have experience in leading mergers and acquisitions of a large organisations. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist by education and graduated with MBA and AMP business studies. I love outdoor activities, especially in the mountains.

Father of three, happily married to one, and manager of some, I love numbers and sales, but I also like to ideate, design and deliver challenging programmes, either in training or consultancy. In Impact for more than 15 years, I still very much enjoy the consultancy process, especially account and client management. At work, I am acknowledged (and sometimes blamed) for dreaming big and joking a lot!

I always enjoyed working for companies who share my values and whose work I can be passionate about. I love that Impact wants to make a difference and has the purpose to help build companies worth working for. I enjoy a good adventure and have a passion for travelling, my latest adventure being swapping London life for the great outdoors of the lovely Lake District!

An avid traveller and outdoor adventure enthusiast I jump at the opportunity to try new things and am a pioneer at heart. I have spent the better part of the last 10 years working in experiential education and am deeply committed to developing responsible and sustainable leadership. I am passionate about inspiring, motivating and engaging people to fulfil their potential.

Born in the Netherlands, I aim for simplicity, clarity and efficiency in my designs and processes. I appreciate Dutch, German and Swiss designs for their geometric boldness and witty solutions as well as the minimalism and sense of calm in modern Japanese design. To soothe my creative brain, I put on my running shoes and head for the beautiful hills that surround me to rediscover my peace and tranquillity.

As a Sales Professional with extensive knowledge of account business development and client relationship management, my passion lies in building great relationships with clients and really getting to know them in order to create customised solutions that help them to achieve their goals. Outside of work you can find me in the gym, or walking the beautiful Lake District fells with my camera in tow.

Joining Impact was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am responsible for digital enablement and transformation across our global business, data protection programmes, amongst others. I really love the culture at Impact as it is very people-centric, focus driven and a dynamic workspace. Outside work, you will find me playing badminton, swimming, taking long drives and hanging out with friends.

I joined Impact back in 2017, and already in my first year I fell in love with the culture and the people. There is nothing better than working in a place where we genuinely care for each other, feel supported, and deliver meaningful work that makes a real difference for organisations. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family in nature, exploring new places. I recharge my energy at the beach, enjoy cooking new recipes, and love listening/dancing music with my kids.

Working with Impact allows me to cross-germinate ideas and learnings between clients globally. In an ever-changing, dynamic business environment, I promote everyone to be designers of possibilities.

I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I encourage my team to bring themselves into everything they do.  Our diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us partner efficiently and effectively with colleagues and clients.  As a traveller at heart, I’ve visited 31 of the 50 US states, 14 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

Since 2018 I collaborate with Impact as an associate. I love facilitating its varied experiential learning programs, online & in person. I am mainly involved in the delivery for international groups and teams. It is enriching to collaborate with Impact’s colleagues, getting to know different industries, working cultures, professional profiles and much more. I enjoy being in nature, experimenting new things in life and experiencing the different customs and traditions of our world. 

I’m a consultant with an international and multicultural background and approach my work with contagious enthusiasm and commitment. My experience working with both large corporations and small startups gave me a deep insight into overcoming business operational hurdles and developing proactive trainings paths to grow and enhance teams. Over the years I’ve gained experience in facilitating and promoting dialogue in B2B partnerships and creating organizational innovation projects.

After many years in big Italian firms, I now help clients understand and achieve their development goals. In Impact since 2003, I have gained experience in HR processes, organisational consultancy, assessment, training and development of managerial competences and leadership.
