In their 31st year, the Brandon Hall Group™ Excellence Awards are often referred to as the “Academy Awards” by learning, talent, and business executives. The awards recognize best practices for initiatives in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and the Future of Work.

The program is a core part of Oshkosh’s talent strategy, firmly tied to organizational objectives and culture.

Celonis – Leading@Celonis 

Leading@Celonis is a customized global and cross-business blended learning program for leaders of leaders within Celonis. It was created in line with the organizational strategy, to provide senior leaders with the skills to create a place where Celonauts thrive, build, and belong, through the activation of Celonis’ four Leadership Principles. 

Gold award for best development program for frontline leaders 

Orica – Shaping Future Leaders 

Orica is one of the world’s leading mining and infrastructure solutions providers. An Australian headquartered global organisation this award is for the development and delivery of an effective development program for their frontline supervisors.
