The Catalyst and Leading@ CUNA Mutual Group programs are fully custom-designed solutions delivering targeted business outcomes for selected senior vice president, director, and manager populations. They offer transformative learning journeys of self-discovery, shaping mindsets and developing the skills and abilities required to drive the business into the future.

CATALYST objectives:

  • identify commitments and construct an accountability ecosystem

Leading@ objectives:

  • provide leaders with the skills to empower their people
  • create an inclusive environment with growth opportunities and recognition
  • foster adaptivity and leading with integrity

The solutions combine powerful, multi-modular, face-to-face and virtual blended leadership development modules. This includes horizontal/peer networking and real business projects with exposure to vertical/senior leadership. Participants are challenged to nurture deeper self-awareness and a collaborative, innovative, agile and growth mindset. Strong emphasis is placed on feedback, experiential learning and networking.

The development programmes were all successfully delivered virtually throughout 2020-21 and are now back to their original blended design.

The programmes have supported a cultural shift towards enterprise leadership and an created an environment of agency and inclusion. Many promotions are attributed to the value of the programmes, including participants who now answer directly to the CEO.
