Terms and conditions for the Impact air Microsoft Teams App

By using Impact Microsoft Teams app ‘Impact Air’ as part of the Impact programme you are signed up to, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any agreement your employer has entered into with Impact. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions or the terms agreed between Impact and your employer, do not use the Impact Air Teams App.

  1. Ownership: Ownership of Impact air is owned and operated by Impact, a UK-based company. The Impact Air Teams App and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including, but not limited to, all text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video clips ("Content") are the property of Impact or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
  2. License to Use the Impact Air Teams App: Impact grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Impact Air Teams App for your own personal development as part of the Impact programme you are signed up subject to these terms and conditions. You may not use the Impact Air Teams App for any other purpose without the express written consent of Impact.
  3. Restrictions on Use: You agree not to, and will not permit others to: (a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Impact Air Teams App or make the Impact Air Teams App available to any third party; (b) modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Impact Air Teams App; (c) access the Impact Air Teams App in order to build a similar or competitive product or service; (d) use the Impact Air Teams App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including, but not limited to, infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Impact Air Teams App.
  4. User Data: The Impact Air Teams App may collect and process data from your use of the Impact Air Teams App ("User Data"). Impact will comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation. By using the Impact Air Teams App, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your User Data by Impact in accordance with the Impact Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on request.
  5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Impact be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Impact Air Teams App, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Impact has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  6. Termination: Impact may terminate your use of the Impact Air Teams App at any time and for any reason without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Impact Air Teams App and destroy any copies of the Impact Air Teams App in your possession.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including any non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  2. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions: Impact reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on the Impact website or notifying you through the Impact Air Teams App. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Impact Air Teams App after the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
  3. Severability If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  4. Waiver The failure of Impact to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
