What role do you see AI playing in the changing world of HR and talent development?

AI, wow! So I'm 47 years old. In my career journey, I will say there have been two important technology changes impacting people's life. One is computer science – which was my major at university. The second very critical and important time is now, with AI. This is the end of an era and the beginning of the new era. The end of era is the computer science, that journey, is done. Because in the future, no programmer again. AI changes everything.

So for me and the human resource world, AI can provide thousands of analysis and results to the people. That is what AI can do and right now a lot of those kind of jobs we have people do. So those kinds of jobs may disappear and be replaced by AI. But decision-making jobs are still made by people. AI can’t do that.
