My job is managing financial issues: reports, financial simulations, payments, also preparing contracts for clients, associates, employees and much much more… from coordinating travel arrangements to organising internal meetings and workshops. I love working with Impact people – I’ve worked here since 2003 and have no plans to move! I’m crazy about my small bit of land near the river and forests where I travel almost every weekend with my family and friends.

My Impact career began in 2003 with a passion for adventure as a learning experience. Throughout my years at Impact, I've worked with incredibly talented colleagues, clients and people at all levels of leadership seeking to thrive at work. I love helping others make a difference in the world, am a bit of a science geek, a keen runner and love being a Dad to my three young boys.

As a Digital Marketing Executive I am responsible for a broad range of global marketing projects and activities. I believe in Impact's mission, values, methodology and expertise, and I hope that thanks to my work more people around the world will hear about the great changes we make for organisations and their people. I am a nomadic soul and travel often to discover, experience and learn how the world and people differ.

I’ve been many in my working life: an HR Director, an entrepreneur, a leader, a coach, a salesman, a visionary, a confidant, a manager. And a friend. And I am still excited (and sometimes anxious) when I meet a new group of people. I genuinely enjoy it! This is the reason I'll probably work for another decade! The only difference compared to the past: today I can afford to only work on projects and with people that I really like and that gives me the feeling that it will be great fun!

My big mission has always been building people, teams and managers in the name of passion and authenticity. I do it through my expertise as a manager, as well as by coaching and  mentoring. We have to work so many hours in our lives, my wish is that most people possible would do it in the best way possible. I live in seafront, and I am a sailor. Sea is my key element, especially in winter, when nobody comes.

I love both learning and technology, so leading Impact’s learning tech R&D is a fantastic gig. Technology can sometimes feel in conflict with the humanity we seek to serve, but thoughtful application of tech immerses us in challenging experiences, brings us closer together and helps us to learn the most important, most human skills. My approach to learning tech (and life, for that matter) echoes Impact’s practice: experiential and human-centred.

A lifelong passion for learning and leadership brought me to Impact, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. As a designer, facilitator, and thought partner, I embrace a scholar-practitioner mindset, running to the issues and engaging others with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. My favorite activity of each day is laughing, playing, and making up bedtime stories with my kids. They're hilarious!

I joined Impact back in 1998 as a Management Accountant, and I am passionate about using financial information to inform and drive both short-term decision making and longer-term business strategy. I love living in the Lake District and exploring the surrounding lakes and mountains!

I enjoy seeing others achieve in their own unique ways; therefore,  consider myself privileged to be a member of Impact's vibrant team. Being a member of an organisation that puts people first and provides worthwhile programs to enable people to take charge of their own development is satisfying. Being out in nature allows me to be in my zen space. I love all kinds of bridges, black-and-white photos, and trains.

I love the moments when people start seeing their challenges from a different perspective and discover new possibilities for action. I design learning experiences that connect curiosity about people with curiosity about business. At Impact, I value the freedom to experiment, learn and create solutions that make a real difference. Outside work, you will most likely find me on a bike or behind a camera somewhere on the road.

I have always been curious about how people learn, grow and collaborate. As a consultant and facilitator, I enjoy helping teams make sense of complex challenges and find solutions that work in practice. I believe the best ideas emerge through curiosity, collaboration and great questions.
