I am passionate about helping organisations, teams, and people be the best they can be. Not all girls are made of sugar and spice and all things nice. Some girls are made of adventure, fine beer, brains and no fear.

Over the past 16 years at Impact I've worked around the world with some truly wonderful people. I've been the lead facilitator on many large-scale initiatives focused on developing leadership capability, high performing teams and coaching. I love the outdoors, and spend many hours at the beach with my wife and daughter.

Working with Impact allows me to cross-germinate ideas and learnings between clients globally. In an ever-changing, dynamic business environment, I promote everyone to be designers of possibilities.

I have been working in L&D since 1992 and joined Impact in 2004, providing design, management, and delivery expertise to clients around the globe. Current initiatives have me consulting with clients from multiple business sectors to coach and facilitate the development of key leadership talent. I am also a past adventure consultant and professional rock climbing guide with numerous alpine and big wall ascents around the world.

I joined Impact back in 2017, and already in my first year I fell in love with the culture and the people. There is nothing better than working in a place where we genuinely care for each other, feel supported, and deliver meaningful work that makes a real difference for organisations. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family in nature, exploring new places. I recharge my energy at the beach, enjoy cooking new recipes, and love listening/dancing music with my kids.

My food and beverage career began with a bartending job as a student. Working in large restaurants taught me that guest service depends on recruitment and training. After roles as restaurant manager, supervisor, and recruitment and training lead, I focused on employer branding and training programs. To deepen my expertise, I joined Impact Japan, a global leader in experiential learning. I am now developing as an organizational development partner in CSD. I enjoy fishing, hiking, and rugby.

I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I encourage my team to bring themselves into everything they do.  Our diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us partner efficiently and effectively with colleagues and clients.  As a traveller at heart, I’ve visited 31 of the 50 US states, 14 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.

My job is to share amazing client stories with the world through integrated marketing campaigns. I love live events and building Impact's community, as well as research and content creation. I live for adventure...and cake!

My coaching & facilitation expertise builds on a strong foundation of 20+ years in senior management positions including global and regional roles. I guide leaders to their peak potential and help enhance their professional and personal impact. I grew up in India and then studied and worked in Switzerland for 23 years before moving to Singapore. This has helped me successfully bridge Eastern and Western thinking, with an in-depth understanding of both cultures. I am an avid reader and love to spend time in nature and travel. 

Joining Impact was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am responsible for digital enablement and transformation across our global business, data protection programmes, amongst others. I really love the culture at Impact as it is very people-centric, focus driven and a dynamic workspace. Outside work, you will find me playing badminton, swimming, taking long drives and hanging out with friends.
