I came to Impact as an Intern in 2023 and here I am again in 2025! That’s because Impact is a great place to learn and the people are even better. Impact’s mission to help people learn and grow is something that resonates with me deeply. My educational background is in mass communications with specialties in PR and advertising. I’m the liaison between our marketing and business development team and my job is to enhance our digital marketing and BD function. In my free time you can find me surfing out on the waves (usually wiping out), horseback riding, or behind a guitar and a microphone. 

My Impact career began in 2003 with a passion for adventure as a learning experience. Throughout my years at Impact, I've worked with incredibly talented colleagues, clients and people at all levels of leadership seeking to thrive at work. I love helping others make a difference in the world, am a bit of a science geek, a keen runner and love being a Dad to my three young boys.

I am an enthusiastic trainer and consultant, keen on applying theory, practical application and innovation to the development of others. I have been working in the learning and organisational development since 1996 and joined Impact in 2019 as account, lead designer and facilitator. I pride myself on my original, inclusive and enthusiastic style.

Having a limited number of words to describe myself I choose...that is one of the keywords, among decide, like, wonder. There are many others. Working with people, I value being aware – of a person, a group, and also of words being used. I think of them as a code passing through our minds – all that is within the light of consciousness shapes our experiences and reactions towards the world. So, what do you choose?

I joined Impact back in 1998 as a Management Accountant, and I am passionate about using financial information to inform and drive both short-term decision making and longer-term business strategy. I love living in the Lake District and exploring the surrounding lakes and mountains!

I manage equipment, projects and vehicles at our HQ. I have a certificate of competence in the inspection of personal protective equipment for adventure activities, level 3 qualification in transport managers professional competence and IOSH managing safely certificate. My sense of humour helps me to cope with a job which is at best dull. Playing guitar with the infamous Impact band "you get what you pay for" is simultaneously the moment I'm most and least proud of.

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

I support the CEO in an exciting and super varied role - from Board meetings to barbecues and everything else in between. An Impacter since 1999, marketer and mum, I have a need to be outdoors every day - no matter what the weather! For me, Impact is a unique place where people matter and my work and life can intertwine through flexible working and trust.

A global leadership facilitator/coach, I partner with you to meet challenges in uncertain, complex environments. I focus on what works in order to create programmes where learning is used right away. I am a bad surfer/golfer, lapsed runner and improving tennis player.

I am an experiential learning consultant & coach with a passion for adventure, the wild places and sustainability. I design & deliver learning experiences that help people & organisations strengthen the bridge between the business need for results and the human need for connection. I help people explore their “awareness of self” and how they can better engage with the people, systems and organisations that surround them.
