I started my career at a global automobile parts manufacturing company, where I got interested in people development. Currently I am enjoying my journey at Impact, improving my knowledge and skills, to find the best solutions for our clients. I enjoy travelling both in Japan and overseas. I like reading books and staying indoors, but also enjoy scuba diving and going outside to see friends and new experiences.

I lead the overall relationship with our clients, working closely with them and our brilliant Impact team to build powerful solutions to their most pressing challenges. I’m a bit of an oddity - an Aerospace Engineer by training and experience who, for the last 20 years, has found my passion in helping others thrive at work.  I‘m based in Chicago with my wife, and when not running on the lakefront, I’m probably wrestling with an ornery cat.

With over 26 years as L&D and Internal Communication manager in large multinational companies, I’ve developed deep knowledge in consulting roles, building trusting relationships with all levels of an organization, implementing complex projects. I love my job, the countryside, animals and sports.

I’m passionate about learning and helping people get the best out of themselves. I spent over 10 years in Learning & Development with a Fortune 15 company helping develop and deliver programs to Executives, Middle Management, and Aspiring Leaders from all different parts of the business. I believe that understanding and leveraging diversity is one of the biggest strengths of any organization and I really enjoy helping groups work towards that reality. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 daughters as well as rooting for any and all Philly sports teams. I also have a pretty sweet record collection.

My focus is on developing responsible leadership. I bring a warm combination of broad industry experience, academic rigour, Yorkshire humour and humility. My motivation and purpose is to help us mutually learn and create a more sustainable, compassionate and just world.  Fortunately, my spirited playful side, wilderness adventures and inclination toward anything shallow on a Friday night ensures people still invite me to parties despite all of that.

As a consultant, I hope to be a catalyst for change, helping others to discover what their real needs are. Empathy, curiosity, creativity, organisation and strong sense of duty are the things that most characterise me. I love the adventure and the discovery of travelling, organising outdoor trips with friends in close contact with nature… But also sharing a gin lemon or a barbecue at home is not so bad!

'Making Work Enjoyable for Children' I’ve spent 17 years in retail, gaining experience in sales, customer service, training, HR, and recruitment. This taught me that business growth relies on people’s growth, inspiring me to pursue my own and motivate children. A key moment was a training program at Impact Co. 11 years ago, sparking my passion for talent and organizational development. As a working mom, I focus on balance—committing to work weekdays and spending time with my toddler daughter on weekends. This balance is key. 

I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I encourage my team to bring themselves into everything they do.  Our diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us partner efficiently and effectively with colleagues and clients.  As a traveller at heart, I’ve visited 31 of the 50 US states, 14 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.

I am passionate about helping organisations, teams, and people be the best they can be. Not all girls are made of sugar and spice and all things nice. Some girls are made of adventure, fine beer, brains and no fear.

I am a program manager, and I love that every day is different, from working on different tasks involved to make a program run smoothly to talking and meeting clients. I come from a hospitality background, so I love the client-facing aspect of my role here at Impact, as well as making sure every piece of the program is on schedule. Outside of work, I am always doing something like teaching dance, travelling, and going to the beach!
