In their 31st year, the Brandon Hall Group™ Excellence Awards celebrate top organisations that have effectively developed and implemented learning, leadership and talent programmes and strategies with measurable success. This programme helps Orica’s frontline leaders develop practical skills and knowledge so that they can be more effective in current and future leadership roles. The 12-week online learning programme has been delivered to over 1000 managers in 44 locations. 90% of leaders complete the full programme, 15% have already achieved promotion and the business has seen core KPI improvements across the board.
