Five top awards from Brandon Hall Group

Five Impact clients have been awarded HCM Excellence Awards® by Brandon Hall Group. 

In their 31st year, the Brandon Hall Group™ Excellence Awards celebrate top organisations that have effectively developed and implemented learning, leadership and talent programmes and strategies with measurable success. Entries come from all over the world, from small to global enterprises, as well as government bodies, non-profits, and associations.

This year five of their awards went to programmes that Impact have partnered on. Congratulations to Bristol Myers Squibb, Celonis, Charter Manufacturing, Orica and Oshkosh Corporation.

Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) – Catalyst Leadership Development Programme

Catalyst is an eight-month leadership development experience designed for high potential director-level leaders. The programme emphasises effective leadership, executive presence, enterprise mindset, business acumen, stakeholder management, and high-performance team dynamics, with a focus on feedback, experiential learning, and networking.

Celonis – Leading@Celonis

Leading@Celonis is a customised global and cross-business blended learning programme including 1:1 professional coaching for leaders of leaders within Celonis. It was created in line with their organisational strategy, to provide senior leaders with the skills to create a place where Celonauts thrive, build, and belong, through the activation of Celonis’ four Leadership Principles.

Charter Manufacturing – ELEVATE and ACTIVATE

ELEVATE and ACTIVATE are two customised, comprehensive leadership development programmes, designed to equip leaders with the skills, experiences and capabilities needed to future-proof their organisation. The outputs are producing transformational change, as leaders are enabled to be agile in ambiguous situations as internal and external factors impact their organisational growth strategy.

Oshkosh Corporation – Lens of Leadership

Post pandemic, Oshkosh chose to redesign their successful leadership programme to adapt to a changing market. It is now a highly focused, unique development experience for top directors and executive leaders. Gold award for best development programme for frontline leaders

Orica – Shaping Future Leaders

This programme helps Orica’s frontline leaders develop practical skills and knowledge so that they can be more effective in current and future leadership roles. The 12-week online learning programme has been delivered to over 1000 managers in 44 locations. 90% of leaders complete the full programme, 15% have already achieved promotion and the business has seen core KPI improvements across the board.
