My first school had the motto 'Aim High' and that has always resonated with me. I rise to a challenge, both personally & professionally, enjoying new situations and solving difficult & complex problems. I certainly had plenty of those as International Treasurer of Goldman Sachs and as a Director for the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics. I joined the Board of Impact to help grow the business globally. It's great to be part of such a diverse global team!

Sum myself up in a paragraph? There’s a challenge! And maybe a good starting point. I like challenge. I like the challenge of grabbing attention with interesting, useful and relevant marketing. From a new website or re-brand to a sell-out festival, for me it’s all about customer first. I like a physical challenge too, and the challenge of how long I can last without listening to music!

Working as a planner at Creative and Marketing Department since 2019. Before Impact, my career was mainly on the position of sales and marketing at the bank and advertising agency. My focus is on the capacity building for both individual and team. Virtual team building is one of the fatal themes because I am working as a full remote member. I love traveling around the world with my backpack and enjoying beautiful local delicacies!

Over the past 16 years at Impact I've worked around the world with some truly wonderful people. I've been the lead facilitator on many large-scale initiatives focused on developing leadership capability, high performing teams and coaching. I love the outdoors, and spend many hours at the beach with my wife and daughter.

Hi! I am an occupational psychologist, coach and trainer! I have been working for over 20 years to help companies develop and enhance their greatest capital, their people! I met Impact many and many years ago, and I am still proudly part of it! In my spare time I am a theatre actress, a traveller, but above all... a mum!

'Making Work Enjoyable for Children' I’ve spent 17 years in retail, gaining experience in sales, customer service, training, HR, and recruitment. This taught me that business growth relies on people’s growth, inspiring me to pursue my own and motivate children. A key moment was a training program at Impact Co. 11 years ago, sparking my passion for talent and organizational development. As a working mom, I focus on balance—committing to work weekdays and spending time with my toddler daughter on weekends. This balance is key. 

I love why Impact exists, which is to liberate human potential. I love building effective client relationships both externally and internally, the people at Impact are passionate, motivated individuals, and I love working here. I am always out and about, whether it is running around after my niece or walking the fells or working out in the gym, happy, happy, happy!

I love my job at Impact because it allows me to connect with people and put those skills to good use. As a consultant and facilitator, I enjoy helping people explore and tackle issues, increase their awareness, and uncover their potential. I enjoy jogging, hiking, studying foreign languages, and hanging out with friends on my days off.

'Helping People Shine on Their Own Stage' As a restaurant manager, I wanted to create more than just a place to eat. By drawing out each team member’s strengths and aspirations, I saw the power of a team that values individuality. This led me to study coaching. I later realized that growth also depends on the organization, so I now study organizational development. My goal is to help people and organizations grow together, enabling everyone to shine as themselves and fulfill their potential.

In support we deliver on programs and manage day-to-day operations and infrastructure. I really enjoy my role as it’s very diverse, one day I am canoeing on Windermere and the next cleaning boots! My favourite programs feature outdoor activities and journeys. People see me as a steady pair of hands and a person who does a quality, professional job. Outside work I keep myself fit and active, and enjoy chilling out with my wife Emma and travelling in our camper van.

I am an enthusiastic trainer and consultant, keen on applying theory, practical application and innovation to the development of others. I have been working in the learning and organisational development since 1996 and joined Impact in 2019 as account, lead designer and facilitator. I pride myself on my original, inclusive and enthusiastic style.

I am passionate and committed to helping others be the best they can be, whether they're senior leaders or young talent. In my Global Talent role I support the recruitment, induction and development of our full time and associate consultants. This fantastic role has allowed me to work with many of our global team since 1992. Despite being old enough to know better I compete as a Master at a world level at Mountain Bike Orienteering and manage the Great Britain team.

My big mission has always been building people, teams and managers in the name of passion and authenticity. I do it through my expertise as a manager, as well as by coaching and  mentoring. We have to work so many hours in our lives, my wish is that most people possible would do it in the best way possible. I live in seafront, and I am a sailor. Sea is my key element, especially in winter, when nobody comes.

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...

As a consultant, organisational psychologist, account manager and researcher…I endeavour to encompass all the different aspects of life in the organisation! To me the organization is a magic happening between individuals, groups and their work contexts. I deal with the entire consulting process: from the proposal development, to the client management, intervention delivery and evaluation process. I love the countryside, baking cakes & capoeira!

My coaching & facilitation expertise builds on a strong foundation of 20+ years in senior management positions including global and regional roles. I guide leaders to their peak potential and help enhance their professional and personal impact. I grew up in India and then studied and worked in Switzerland for 23 years before moving to Singapore. This has helped me successfully bridge Eastern and Western thinking, with an in-depth understanding of both cultures. I am an avid reader and love to spend time in nature and travel. 

I have spent my working life helping organisations, teams and people to be the best that they can be. I believe in the power of expertly designed and facilitated experiential learning and the exciting potential that lies within every person given the right opportunity. In my work I believe that managers and leaders have a responsibility to ensure work is exciting, fulfilling and aspirational for the people working in and with their organisations.

I love the moments when people start seeing their challenges from a different perspective and discover new possibilities for action. I design learning experiences that connect curiosity about people with curiosity about business. At Impact, I value the freedom to experiment, learn and create solutions that make a real difference. Outside work, you will most likely find me on a bike or behind a camera somewhere on the road.

After living in France and working in the ski industry for 13 years, I decided to move back to the UK, joining the Impact Project Management team. I work on several major global client solutions across industries such as insurance, pharmaceuticals, sportswear and automotive. I build strong working relationships, both internally and externally, to support teams through solution design to delivery.

I’ve been many in my working life: an HR Director, an entrepreneur, a leader, a coach, a salesman, a visionary, a confidant, a manager. And a friend. And I am still excited (and sometimes anxious) when I meet a new group of people. I genuinely enjoy it! This is the reason I'll probably work for another decade! The only difference compared to the past: today I can afford to only work on projects and with people that I really like and that gives me the feeling that it will be great fun!

I am passionate about helping organisations become worth working for and making the world a better place, achieving long term sustainability for a safe future. At Impact I can grow and flourish to my full potential and at my own pace. Together with me grow our partners and our relationships, evolving into true friendships. Ecology, whether it comes to the planet, environment or people and relations, is a value of great importance to me.

I support delivery of high quality, safe and challenging programmes and keep the operations infrastructure in a safe and workable condition. I have been lucky to have worked in some amazing places around the world with some amazing colleagues and participants. Working from Base still takes some beating though! When not working I enjoy having adventures with my family, exploring the Lakes and keeping fit by running, climbing and riding my Cyclocross bike.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I joined in 1982 when the company was two years and totalled four people. I have had the great privilege of what seems like two parallel careers - helping to build and develop our business and working with clients to help them do the same with theirs. I love the variety of my role, that at Impact personal talent is more important than hierarchy, and that we have never waivered from our vision to make a positive difference in the world, through leadership development.
