With over 15 years of consulting experience I’ve supported many leading organisations and people in their journey of change and development. I’m focused on uncovering a client’s needs and satisfying them with a rigorous theoretical approach, intuition, strategic thinking and sensitive interpersonal style. I’m inspired by adventure and I love sailing, walking and nature.

Since I've joined Impact, I feel like my professional development grew exponentially. I feel very empowered by the company and by the values we bring each day into work. My goal is to learn how to best support our clients in every step of a consulting journey, as well as my colleagues, bringing a real change to the process. As a way to recharge I love to take long walks with my dog. My favourite sport is to hang out with friends, especially if in foreign countries!

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? Hi! I am an occupational psychologist, coach and trainer! I have been working for over 20 years to help companies develop and enhance their greatest capital, their people! I met Impact many and many years ago, and I am still proudly part of it! In my spare time I am a theatre actress, a traveller, but above all... a mum!

With over 20 years at Impact, I've contributed to the design and delivery of over a thousand programmes. And what if the secret of success is to continue to refine something even if you've done it dozens of times? Outside of work, I like gardening and interior design. I live on the crest of an extinct volcano, with the Mediterranean Sea to my west. After sunset I keep fit by jogging around a golf course.

After many years in big Italian firms, I now help clients understand and achieve their development goals. In Impact since 2003, I have gained experience in HR processes, organisational consultancy, assessment, training and development of managerial competences and leadership. I love mountain biking, silly jokes, deep reading, socialising and…meditating too. Whenever you want to work hard while having fun, call me!

People describe me as a passionate and fast moving person, able to quickly connect to the culture and the needs of each organisation and to co-design powerful solutions. I love adventure which is about saying “yes” to life.

As an Organisational Psychologist, I love helping people to better live their job and the relationships within the organisation they work. At Impact, I have the possibility to do that, designing and delivering intervention programmes. I find my energy in teamwork, my soul in music, my peace in swimming.

I see life as a gift and a journey. I bring in my backpack some of the experiences I had the luck to have: nuclear engineering and 25 years as a manager in various industries in various parts of the globe. And then Impact. I feel excited when I see the very essence of situations emerge: in individuals, groups, communities, and organisations. I am fond of endurance sports and am a passionate soul explorer.
