I manage all Impact Italia accounting processes and love precision, tramezzini (look it up!) and silly jokes. I am also very appreciated for my former athletics experiences and I provide stretching sessions to all colleagues who need to exercise a bit after a long day in the office. I deal with a lot of internal and external stakeholders to make sure everything is ok with our clients, accounts, invoices and bills!

With over 25 year experience working as a Consultant and Executive Coach specialized in People Management and in topics related to organizational development, I had the chance to come across Impact after  an International experience in UAE and South Korea. Living abroad I got familar with different cultures and change. Coaching people along their transformational journey, supporting organizations throughout change is what really matters to me, my job!

With over 26 years as L&D and Internal Communication manager in large multinational companies, I’ve developed deep knowledge in consulting roles, building trusting relationships with all levels of an organization, implementing complex projects. I love my job, the countryside, animals and sports.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I have experience as an HR Manager in multinational and Italian companies, managing L&D, recruitment, employees relations, coupled with across-the-board experience in consultancy projects on those subjects. Since 2013 I have been supporting organisations to change with a focus on learning and development with main focus on leadership, individual effectiveness, business coaching and change management.

I see life as a gift and a journey. I bring in my backpack some of the experiences I had the luck to have: nuclear engineering and 25 years as a manager in various industries in various parts of the globe. And then Impact. I feel excited when I see the very essence of situations emerge: in individuals, groups, communities, and organisations. I am fond of endurance sports and am a passionate soul explorer. 

I love to lead development. Development of reflection, knowledge and conviction. Personal and individual. Development of values, attitudes, performance and decisions. For a better understanding of People and for a greater invest into the worlds future.

I am an enthusiastic trainer and consultant, keen on applying theory, practical application and innovation to the development of others. I have been working in the learning and organisational development since 1996 and joined Impact in 2019 as account, lead designer and facilitator. I pride myself on my original, inclusive and enthusiastic style.

As a consultant, I hope to be a catalyst for change, helping others to discover what their real needs are. Empathy, curiosity, creativity, organisation and strong sense of duty are the things that most characterise me. I love the adventure and the discovery of travelling, organising outdoor trips with friends in close contact with nature… But also sharing a gin lemon or a barbecue at home is not so bad!
