My career has been very weird and challenging so far. I graduated in industrial chemistry, then worked as a research scientist. In 2014 I moved to the energy field as consultant and account manager in charge of technical trainings and management courses. This job lasted 10 years and made me passionate about human resources management. I joined Impact where I can improve my skills as a trainer and facilitator and cooperate with a real great team.

I love to lead development. Development of reflection, knowledge and conviction. Personal and individual. Development of values, attitudes, performance and decisions. For a better understanding of People and for a greater invest into the worlds future.

I have experience as an HR Manager in multinational and Italian companies, managing L&D, recruitment, employees relations, coupled with across-the-board experience in consultancy projects on those subjects. Since 2013 I have been supporting organisations to change with a focus on learning and development with main focus on leadership, individual effectiveness, business coaching and change management.

With over 15 years of consulting experience I’ve supported many leading organisations and people in their journey of change and development. I’m focused on uncovering a client’s needs and satisfying them with a rigorous theoretical approach, intuition, strategic thinking and sensitive interpersonal style. I’m inspired by adventure and I love sailing, walking and nature.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. I love my job at Impact because it allows me to connect with people and put those skills to good use. As a consultant and facilitator, I enjoy helping people explore and tackle issues, increase their awareness, and uncover their potential. I enjoy jogging, hiking, studying foreign languages, and hanging out with friends on my days off.

Senior consultant, for over 25 years I have been involved in the design, development and management of projects in both corporate and cultural organisations. Consolidated experience in team building, creativity and development of commercial skills.I love photography, practicing yoga and creating unique and colorful objects with my hands.

With over 26 years as L&D and Internal Communication manager in large multinational companies, I’ve developed deep knowledge in consulting roles, building trusting relationships with all levels of an organization, implementing complex projects. I love my job, the countryside, animals and sports.
