TEVA jest w pierwszej 20 firm farmaceutycznych specjalizujących się w produkcji i sprzedaży leków generycznych. TEVA Kutno SA to polski oddział Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.

Teva Kutno potrzebowała wsparcia w przełożeniu wizji, misji i wartości organizacji na codzienną praktykę biznesową na wszystkich szczeblach firmy.

Po przeprowadzeniu dogłębnej analizy potrzeb organizacji, Impact opracował kompleksowy, modułowy program rozwoju zespołów. Wzięło w nim udział 196 pracowników - włączając w to menedżerów reprezentujących każdy departament organizacji.

Bezpośrednie efekty widoczne w zaangażowaniu pracowników to lepsze relacje cross-funkcyjne, większy udział w rozwiązywaniu wyzwań danego departamentu i branie odpowiedzialności za swój rozwój osobisty.   

Rezultaty biznesowe zaś to: wyższy poziom udziału w projektach, większa innowacyjność i produktywność, przykładanie większej uwagi do jakości wykonywanej pracy.
