Leading Innovation to specjalnie zaprojektowana podróż rozwojowa dla zróżnicowanej grupy Senior Leaders i szefów działów Sony z całej Europy.

Rozwój umiejętności przywódczych, w tym; umiejętności kwestionowania status quo, akceptowania ciągłych zmian oraz utrzymywania wysokiego poziomu ciekawości i dostrzegania możliwości w obliczu nowych wyzwań.

Rozwiązanie zaprojektowano tak, aby łączyło moduły face2face i wirtualne, a narzędziem pośredniczącym i wspierającym cały proces była aplikacji do wirtualnej nauki przez doświadczenie  Impact air™. Metodologia obejmowała wirtualny coaching, sesje grupowe, projekt innowacyjny oraz In Market Journey.
